Hope everyone is paying attention. Yes, 2 posts in 2 days!!!

Wanted to update on my "couch - to 5k" running workout - I'm on week 4. I should be so thankful to have just gottent his far, but I'm going to push on!!! Twice this week I've ran for 3 min, then walked for 90 seconds, ran for 5 min, walked for 2 1/2 min. Did that combo twice. I
know it sounds totally lame to those who can run, but a total of 16 min for ME is huge!!! Sorry I don't have a great pic of me running to include :) Maybe you'll get lucky another time.
